Honeybees and Black-Eyed Susans

Hello, friends. Nutfield Weaver has been continuing her love affair with yellow. There is a new dishtowel in my Etsy shop today. Here is a photograph:

My husband thought that the yellow weft emphasis in the cloth is somewhat reminiscent of a honeybee. While this next towel reminded me of a fried egg, it seemed more appropriate to name the colorway after a the black-eyed susan flower instead:

More yellow is in the works - a lovely warp in sunny yellow and white is being put into the reed as of today and a new warp in ochre (goldenrod, harvest gold) and natural cottons is all set. Now all I need is the time to weave!

Be well,
Kate
